Warranty Terms

A 12-month warranty will be offered to our distributors, which covers all the after-sale service for them. Once our distributors find there is production failure during 12 months since the date of arrival of the goods at the port of destination, our distributors could report the failure to us directly in written form. Our engineer will check and find out the true reason of quality failure and submit solutions.
