Efficient Harvesting: Capable of digging, soil clearing, potato vine separation, and tuber strip laying, it significantly improves potato harvesting efficiency and reduces labor costs.

Low Potato Damage Rate: Optimized design and advanced separation technologies, such as a grid-type conveyor and separation screen, a vibrating wheel combination, and a potato vine separation mechanism, minimize potato damage during harvesting, reducing the rate of peel breakage and ensuring high potato quality.
High Clear Potato Rate: Utilizing contoured depth-limiting wheels, a vibrating grid-type conveyor screen, a reversing rubber claw grid, and a potato-collecting and shaping device, the harvester effectively increases the clear potato rate, facilitating later collection. Anti-Blocking Function: Width-limiting discs and an anti-entanglement device prevent entanglement and blockage of vines and weeds on either side of the machine, ensuring a smooth harvesting process.
Working Principle
The harvester, driven by a tractor, scoops up potato vines along with soil with a digging shovel. As the machine moves forward, the scooped potato vines, potatoes, and soil are pushed onto the conveyor and separation device. The continuous rotation and systematic vibration of the conveyor and separation device during operation causes the soil to fall off the conveyor chain, separating the potatoes from the soil. After the vines rise to the upper end of the conveyor chain, the potato vine separation mechanism separates the potato stems from the potatoes, removing the stalks and weeds. Finally, the potatoes are laid out in strips on the ground in the harvested area by a potato collecting and shaping device for drying and collection.
Main Components
Width-limiting discs: These cut the ground along both sides of the potato ridge, along with any weeds, to facilitate digging with the digging device while preventing entanglement and blockage of the machine with vines and weeds. Excavation Components: Digs up the potatoes along with the soil across the entire width. The auxiliary shovel prevents damage to the conveyor chain from hard objects such as rocks.
Suppression Depth Limiter: Consists of a contoured depth limiter wheel, a bracket, and an adjustment mechanism. This device controls and adjusts the excavation depth of the excavator shovel and loosens the potatoes and soil, facilitating later separation.
Grid-Type Conveyor Separator and Vibrator Wheel Combination: The conveyor belt is driven by a drive wheel, and the vibrator wheel vibrates the conveyor separator, improving the separation of potatoes from the soil and reducing potato breakage.
Potato Rhizome Separator: Consists of stem rollers and pressure bars to separate potato stems from potatoes, removing stalks and weeds.
Rhizome Side Discharge: Consists of a conveyor frame, conveyor belt, and power transmission mechanism. It transports potato stems, leaves, and weeds from the potato stalk separator and tail screen to the side furrows for distribution on the ground. End Screen: Potatoes passed through the conveyor separation screen and potato-stalk separation mechanism fall onto the end screen. Reverse operation sends light weeds upward and onto the stalk-side output belt. Heavier potatoes are then neatly distributed on the ground by the potato collecting and shaping device.
The potato collecting and shaping device adjusts the potato collecting baffles to spread the potatoes onto the compacted ground, increasing the yield of clear potatoes for later collection.
